A manuscript assessment is ideal for authors who have completed a draft and are looking for honest, professional feedback before diving into revisions.

Your assessment includes:

• A written editorial report (approx. 3–5 pages) covering:

  • Narrative structure and pacing

  • Character development and arcs

  • Voice, tone, and style

  • Genre alignment and market positioning

  • Key strengths and areas for improvement

• Light margin comments throughout your manuscript to highlight specific examples

• A follow-up Zoom or phone call to discuss the feedback and ask questions

This is a high-level assessment—it won’t include tracked edits or line-by-line revisions, but it will give you the clarity and direction you need to move forward with confidence.

Rates:
AU$495 for manuscripts up to 60,000 words

• AU$55 per additional 10,000 words

Example: A 75,000-word manuscript = AU$605

Turnaround time is typically 2–3 weeks from receipt of manuscript and payment (subject to availability).
